Patron Donations are Vital…
As a not-for-profit Canadian organization, Friends of Music depends on the support of patrons and donors. Donations by our subscribers have traditionally paid for about one third of our costs. We could not continue to provide concerts without this generous donation support by our audience.
Your donation helps us to:
- Bring world-class performers to you, close to home
- Encourage a range of artists across Northumberland County
- Support Canadian musicians as they build their reputation and careers (remember we helped launch Angela Hewitt’s career)
- Continue music education in schools, by the same world-class performers, through our Outreach Program
- Gain additional funding by demonstrating community support to corporations and government – in effect leveraging your donation
Thank you
When you donate, you will receive a tax receipt for donations of $20 or more.
